Executive Search is a specialist recruitment service focusing on senior-level roles from Management level all the way up to C-suite roles.
The role of our Consultants is a 360-degree position focusing on sales and business development where you will be developing new business with clients, and headhunting top industry talent in your respective sector. The role itself involves a lot of technology-based work including telephone, video conferencing, and face-to-face interaction with candidates and clients as you build your long-term relationships.
Unlike traditional recruitment methods, Consultants proactively identify and approach potential candidates. This is done through a combination of networking, market research, and targeted outreach to individuals who possess the specific skills and experience required for the position.
In summary, Executive Search is a highly specialised form of recruitment that requires a deep understanding of your specific industry, extensive networks, and a keen eye for identifying top talent.

Our training programme
At JBAndrews we firmly believe that learning never stops, and that’s why our Consultants go through constant training and development.
All new starters go through our in-house initial training program during their first 8 weeks. We provide theoretical knowledge with practical, hands-on experience, to develop a strong foundation within your market specialism and Executive Search.
Our training program adopts a blended learning approach and consists of a combination of classroom-style group training, one-to-one training, and on-the-job learning. Upon completion of the initial training program, all new starters will have the knowledge, skills, behaviours, and confidence required to be successful in their roles.
As our Consultants gain more experience, training sessions become more bespoke focusing on individual training needs and development to support them through the progression pathways into management and leadership roles.

Our business model is to hire young professionals and develop them into future leaders of the executive recruitment world. We never parachute anyone above you, meaning you will have the best chance to succeed and progress. Our goal is to offer our top performers the opportunity to open their own domestic or international office and with the opportunity for equity in the future too as part of our growth strategy!
COMMISSION
£70,000 fee = 60% Commission
£50,000 fee = 50% Commission
£40,000 fee = 40% Commission
£30,000 fee = 30% Commission
£20,000 fee = 20% Commission
£10,000 fee = 10% Commission
For our Consultants, we offer one of the most competitive commission schemes available within recruitment which is up to 60% of monthly billings and completely uncapped.
Top performers regularly earn £100,000+, whilst our new starters regularly earn +£45,000 in their first year.
We also carry out quarterly appraisals which includes a pay review, meaning you are able to increase your basic salary very quickly.
